S.P. Richards launches new and improved SPR University web-based learning platform
The SPR University platform has been upgraded to now incorporate more interactive functionality and hands-on, engaging content. S.P. Richards Director of Dealer Training, Sandra Williams commented on the recent enhancements, "We think dealers will find the new site extremely user-friendly and will appreciate the added features such as FAQs, pyramid diagrams, process steps, glossaries, and video clips. With the new SPR University modules, passive viewers become active learners."
SPR University includes a variety of learning modules on topics including product specific training, product category education, selling skills and a welcome to the office products industry. The program is available to all SPR Advantage Program dealers.
